As
a first time buyer, I was extremely nervous about the process
and had no idea what to expect. We've all heard the horror stories
about how stressful the process can be, especially in the Southern
California market! The first time I met Troy, I knew he was
the realtor for me! It was obvious that Troy was not concerned
about just making another sell. He truly wanted to help me find
the home of my dreams (within my budget, of course!) and he
did just that! I felt a true partnership with him throughout
the entire process. Again, as a first time buyer, there was
a lot that I didn't know. Troy went above and beyond to help
coach me every step of the way! I never felt pressure from him
to act too quickly or settle for anything other than what I
